Today is a BGC day and the walk and short workout do me good. (When I woke up I felt residual stiffness from Wednesday hockey.)

I always receive a warm welcome and a wave at the BGClub.

I enjoy fun and fitness activities, and the Aquaplex pool is grand.

In 12 months I'll be a new man, but the long hair and beard stay : )

I count the walk home from the Boys and Girls Club as part of my morning workout.

Icy conditions mean I walk slowly, carefully but by the time I get home I'm puffing and warm as toast.
