Bust a Bloom

One Million is About Right

It's that time of year. Our front yard apricot tree is about to bust out into a million blossoms.

If the weather stays fairly warm I will have a front row seat during one of nature's finest extravagances. But if it cools off too much over the next day or two the blossoming will be cut short.

As I say on occasion, we will see what we will see.

On another note, I walked along the Terry Fox Pathway last night - perfect temperature for a five-miler - and only caught one good photo. I do like nighttime shots, however, so I'll keep trying.

Someday I'll spring for a better camera
