Sunday, 4:00 p.m., before shovelling snow off the back deck for the fortieth time since December, I photographed fresh snow and ice that had blown in from Michigan.
A mere 24 hours earlier, snow and ice had been seen retreating south at quite a clip. Michigan obviously had other things in mind than our relief and comfort.
