Zoom w a View: General Sherman, the largest of the large trees”

A friend sent the following photo of General Sherman recently, and the old red wood is looking pretty good, I must say.

I’m sure my friend will be impressed. I sent him a photo of the shortest white pine in my backyard. (I only have the one there, though a taller one is in the front yard.)
