Decluttering the house is not a habit, as I thought it would be by now.
Really, after taking a few boxes to the curb and Goodwill, I thought I'd be an expert. Bonafide expert.
I'm not!
But, I’m halfway to reaching my goal for this year.
Two boxes - mostly old paint cans - went to a recycle yard yesterday and two more very large boxes will leave the house in a couple of hours via my younger son’s car trunk after my wife and I ply him with a turkey supper.
So, I’m not officially a ‘declutterbug.’ But I’m getting there.
And I can see more of the basement floor now than I could a few days ago. Time to sweep!
