Zoom w a View: Train trestle, train trestle

After Sunday’s London Knights’ hockey game I loosened the two top buttons on my short-sleeved shirt, stepped out into a fall afternoon that felt like the middle of summer and felt my face, fingers and toes warm up almost immediately.

Memories of the cold ice surface and cool indoor temperature melted away as I bathed in sunlight and reflected heat from tall glass windows on the south face of the arena.




And after five minutes of walking toward Wortley Village I spotted reflections and contrasts of another kind. I pulled a small camera from my pocket.
