And I play hockey once per week and that supplies some heavy motivation to exercise regularly. (I don't want to look like the oldest guy on the ice.)
And I buy a lot of good books and make time to read, read and pedal atop my exercise bike. (I've covered 400 - 500 moles while reading Pt. 1 and 2 of the Liberation Trilogy by Rick Atkinson, a Pulitzer Prize winner.
