I love your pattern photos. The butterflies are striking. I've got to look through my photos to find some patterns...or better yet, go looking for some new photos.
Unfortunately, the signs leading to South of the Border are a bit better than the place itself.
I see patterns with the railing and with the shadows it casts on the stairs... very cool!
hi beverly,
the aforementioned Sweet Shop never disappoints my sweet tooth (teeth).
butterflies were everywhere at the conservatory; one young girl was delighted that one had landed on her nose. a unique experience.
and heidi,
not that i read carmi's mind but patterns are always popping up and anything with lots of straight lines draws my attention.
cheers,
gord h.
The perspective on the stairway makes me dizzy - in a good way. Great lines!
The butterfly looked like a painting at first glance. I had to pause to take it in. Stunning.
The third image is just freaky cool. Light is such an amazing entity.
Thanks, Gord, for your kind words in this entry (and others, of course.) I like the sense of community that TP seems to have spawned.
Gord,
Great photos as awlays, but I gotta say...
...WOW! that third shot is amazing!

Yup. Amazing! I love the play of light and shadows in your stair rail photo, and the jumble of lines in the last photo is eye-catching. Great job, Gord!

Thanks for your visit and your comment about the cheesecake. 38 years. You've done well. I was married almost 29 years, before I lost my husband in an accident. I'm also a retired educator.
I need to bookmark you and come back and read all your posts about the blackout.
