the shop: work is piling up 2

Fire up the air compressor. Check. Throw nails into the brad nailer. Check. Assemble birdhouse stock until the job is done. Almost check. (Seven out of eight isn't bad, considering the wicked heat wave that hit the shop this week). Add trim. Later.

Single family home. It flew together

Duplex next. Easy kap-easy

Triplex added to the mix. Swank lodgings

Quad. Ready for a big family

Seven out of eight. Lined up

One more to go before 'full-on trim package' is added. If I don't melt on my way to the shop, the job will be done today.
