I've got dirty knees and stinky feet.
In my free time I play lotsa scrub
With other boys in knee-deep mud.

I'll wash you up and make you shine.
But promise me before you sleep
You'll stay away from mud so deep.
Said Stinky Pete 'fore he fell asleep
Ma, that's a promise I can't keep.
I must chase the ball wherever it goes
When I come home get out the hose.
