Bird Watching: "Robin isn't patient"

My current bird feeder inspires me to say the following: It's working out really, really well.

A variety of birds appear everyday for mixed seeds. It stands between a blue spruce and study window so the birds can perch, line up in pecking order, rest, groom, etc. while I snap photos. It sits atop a sturdy pole so the wind can blow all it wants. And not one squirrel have I seen inside it.

In fact, birds appear so regularly I am constantly distracted from assorted (and some pressing) tasks, so I've given Robin certain bird watching duties. But he isn't the most patient of observers.

["Where are the birds? I want to see birds."]

However, that's how he learns.
