That Was One Good Week

Eight good walks in seven days... not bad at all. And if I keep up my pace I should hit MM50 on Wednesday of this upcoming week.

So, I guess I'd better think about my next fun and fitness goal.
What goal will be within my limits and 'up the ante' so to speak? What is just a titch more demanding than walking briskly for least an hour while including some hills along route?
