Moderne Arte: Yellow Live Aboard and Art Critic

"We All (Wanna) Live in a Yellow Submarine"

Is the Art Critic Getting Long in the Tooth?!

"I'm 'long in the tooth department' but I like Gord's moderne arte!!"

Introduction:

I am trying to keep 6 or 7 different types of line design afloat at my old art desk. One type includes a yellow submarine, the type Ringo Starr envisioned:

Yellow Submarine art work as found at in the know

My sub looks a bit different but it can survive underwater for great periods of time without springing a leak. And the hifi and wifi are in tip top shape.

The colourful seaweed (doodle) was planted in the 1960s, likely
during Latin class. Altiora Petimus! That's all I can remember.

Altiora Petimus, Latin phrase meaning "let us seek higher things"
Eg., what's on the top shelf in your closet?

It's now wrapped up and ready for Gathering on the Green 2025

"Really! I like everything he does, even his pumpkin carvings!!

'The Art Critic' (related to my line designs) was born when someone said, "Your lines are too wiggly."

I mean, when could that ever be true?

But rather than getting upset or all bitter about it or getting into a lengthy, purposeless argument (I mean, when was wiggly ever a bad thing re design work?) - I just keep on creating line designs and selling them for cash on the side. Even right side up at times.

The Art Critic, My Funnest* Creation

'FLOYDY' is not a real word and I'll only use it this once

*funnest - definitely not a real word, but I'm going to keep saying it!

More art pieces (chiefly line designs) will (surely) soon follow. (!)
