Birdhouses with a very spicy flavour

Whatever country this birdhouse builder is from, it’s one that adds a lot of spice to food.


The builder lives in Tilbury, Ontario, and isn’t too talkative. So says my cousin Doug, who snapped these photos recently.

I think a motorcycle road trip is in order, with two or three of my own birdhouses packed in my saddlebags.


Maybe the fellow would make a comment or two about my own, then open up a bit more about where he’s from, where he gets his ideas, what or who influences his craft, and so on.
