In Norwich on Mothers Day
Sunday May 11
A few times per year I bike to my hometown, about 65 kilometres from London. On the way I enjoy some sweet back roads, e.g., the Avon Line east out of Belmont and Quaker Street into Norwich, to name two favourites.
On Sunday, while in Norwich, I visited the C. G. Walker Cemetery, pulled a few weeds from my parents' gravesite and checked on a few birdhouses situated on fence posts.

Pretty quiet ride. Main Street Norwich closes up shop on Sunday. However, coffee - and other bikers - can be found at Tim Horton's, Airport Rd., one mile south of the main corners.
