Next up? Damage control 2

["Remember this one?"]

The four-plex, half eaten by vicious squirrels, is no more. Yesterday, repair work turned it into a solid tri-plex.

Here's what happened:

["I went at it, hammer and tongs"] 

["I cleaned it out thoroughly"]

["The middle, double apt. became a single space"] 

["New barn board was nailed into place"]

["Then I gave the BH a brand new look"]

I think it still needs a titch of paint, maybe a flower pot in the front yard. Then it's back to Byron and its squirrel-infested habitat.

Poor thing. I wonder if it will survive? Or will I see this one back for the fourth time?!
