Un Oeuf Dur
It's Boxing Day and the house is quiet, so I'm boiling two eggs.
I can't remember the last time I checked a recipe book in order to make a special meal. The last time was likely shortly after the first time. Same is true for most of the people I know. Brilliant cooks, keeping things simple.
