The $20 Birdhouse

This style of birdhouse - The Harrison Special - takes a bit longer to make than a regular single home because of the side addition and subsequent wonky, and longer, roofline. But the additional effort on my part provides a bit more room inside for 'a lucky couple' and is more pleasing to my very discerning eye.

I think $20 is the right price until somebody says, "Oh, by the way, I woulda paid double 'cause of the pot."
